Bachelor of Letters and Aesthetics from the Pontifical Universidad Católica de Chile, with professional experience in leading educational institutions. I have worked in the areas of management and development of cultural and educational projects, training, teaching and evaluation. Extensive experience in the preparation and analysis of evaluation instruments in Language, for measurement tests and in training teachers in reading comprehension and written production. Coordinates and supervises work teams.
Since 2010, he has been improving reading comprehension and text production for teachers from municipal and subsidized schools. It implements workshops for the elaboration of evaluation instruments, analysis of results and didactics of reading comprehension for schools located in different parts of Chile. It also performs classroom observation, class modeling and develops reading comprehension assessment instruments.
