About:

Why you should cooperate with me:
 Personally, Europe is the second place where I teach EFL. This made it possible to integrate international experience from China, which made teaching more fascinating
 I attend training and courses for enhancing myself (CELTA, TEFL, TEYL, IELTS, 7 Tips for Successful Teacher, etc.), as well as constantly update my knowledge of grammar or vocabulary
 Teaching students of different nationalities, I pre-read a book about the presence of typical mistakes in their language which may help develop a clear plan for further cooperation
 I conduct lessons in English, which helps immerse yourself in the language environment
 For each student/group, I have a separate profile, where I register feedback, problematic words or grammar for further repetition
 I create a group in messengers with parents and children (depending on age), keeping in touch even during non-working hours, where I set tasks that parents can check at any time
 I do not finish the lesson at a specified time but provide "extra" of my time for the logical conclusion of the class
 I do not give ready-made answers in the lesson, but "force" students to think, because "WHAT I'VE HEARD, I WILL FORGET, AND WHAT I'VE LEARNED MYSELF, I WILL REMEMBER"
 Before executing certain exercises, I give students the goal of the task, in other words, "communicative purpose" so that they understand why they are doing it. Moreover, in real life we communicate, write, listen or read for a specific purpose;
 I don't talk much in class, because the more I do it, the less time students have to practice
 I'd rather say "I DON'T KNOW" than provide false or unverified information
 I don't ask "Understand?", which still will not give a clear answer from the student, but use CCQ (Concept Checking Questions) when checking the meaning of words or grammatical structures, and ICQ (Instruction Checking Questions) when checking instructions before completing tasks
 Ask to shift my students' phones (from A2 level) and computers (from B1 level) to English to immerse themselves in the environment
 Once a week/month I conduct a lesson for students from a separate source, not from a book, for example, the last topic was 'ChatGPT Chatbot lesson'. In other words, "I teach not only language but also content"
 At the end of each lesson, I give feedback and summarize the material covered. I pay attention to mistakes during class according to the "sandwich rule" (what went well, where you should work on, what went well, ...);
 I assign homework (if applicable);
 Repeat the previously given material or words at the beginning of the lesson in a different context or grammatical structure;
 Where possible, I use pictures, gestures, TPR to make learning more alive
