I am highly skilled at teaching Elementary grade students. My major concentration is ELA. So I cover Phonemic Awareness, blending letter sounds, decoding short and long vowels, writing composition, and reading comprehension.

Being that I have a Bachelor's in English Literature, I help students with reading and writing skills.
I provide a timer to track progress, but also to get the mind of the student thinking and aiming goals. Practice makes perfect, so we practice reading CVC (constant, vowel, constant) words as much as it takes until fluency has been achieved. I teach students how to write neatly and how to formulate sentences. I provide various ways of completing tasks for unlimited opportunities.
