About:
I graduated from Zh. Dosmukhamedov Pedagogical College in my home country, and during my studies I did internships in schools in the city. After graduation, I worked in the language center for almost three years. Then I started working online, and it's been more than 5 years now. At the moment, I am a private tutor who also works part-time at Etalk Global. During the classes, I try to practice all aspects of speech. I explain in a clear and simple way, with young kids I use a lot of TRP and realia (real objects I can demonstrate during classes). I focus on communication mostly because after all, you are learning the language to be able to speak. However, I tend to focus more on grammar if you are the beginner because that is a fundamental point on the way to fluency. And of course, I do not forget all the other aspects such as reading, listening and etc.
Most of my students have been immigrants and their kids, whose primary language was Russian and since it is my second language it was helpful, especially with adults.
Other part of my students did not speak any language that I could understand so it was really all benefits of TRP plus Oxford/Cambridge/Pearson methodology.
