Hey, I'm a qualified yoga instructor. I conduct classes with groups of people which involves meditation and yoga poses.

I've graduated from the ashram in India, based on the ancient gurukula system where teacher and student live together, got connected to an ancient teaching lineage (guru parampara), passed down from guru to disciple through thousands of years.
With this teachings I'm able to spread this knowledge around the world, which leads to longevity, relaxation, more energy, strength and positive thinking.
My students have lost weight, became less stressful, calm and some even got rid of chronic cough
