About:

I did my studying at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. I majored in Science: Health and Human Performance. I have taught at every level. I started out as a teacher's aide and worked my way up to the classroom teacher. I have had many years of training from scaffolding to lesson planning. I like to challenge my students to critically think, rather than give answers. I am just a guide leading my students towards the best answers. I feel like Social Studies is getting overlooked when it comes to testing, so I would like to focus on that, but I am well versed in all subjects.
