About:
Sivananda ashram in India, Uttarkand state RYT 200 hours course in 2023.
I have 3-4 months of teaching different types of yoga in yoga centers and in the ashram, as well as private online sessions.
My goal is to spread real knowledge of yoga which is deep connection within yourself, feeling each movement and being in comfort with your own body and mind
