My teaching method is Coaching. In my opinion, the young generation lacks critical thinking and creativity. I try to help them develop these abilities, and that’s exactly why I prefer coaching to lecturing, the prevalent teaching style for this grade level. I just try to prepare my students better for the challenges they will face in the employment market.

My method depends on the student. Students have different ways of learning. But the basic approach is to check understanding of concepts, then going through some problems together. The final check can be to let the student come up with problems of their own.
