I currently work as a Senior Water Resources Control Engineer (Specialist) with the California State Water Resources Control Board, focusing on hydrologic modeling, streamflow analysis, water-rights management, and environmental flow projects.

Before joining the Water Board, I worked in engineering consulting and research and spent more than 10 years as a university professor. My technical expertise includes Excel, R, MATLAB, statistical modeling, data-driven modeling, simulation, optimization, and decision-support systems.
