Graduated from O.M. Gorky Kharkiv State University with the’excellence’ diploma (specialization: the English language and Literature; qualification: philologist, teacher, translator); later completed the post-graduate course in the Russian Language and Literature at H.S.Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

At present time I teach English Oral and Written Speech Practice at the Faculty of Foreign Philology of H.S.Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

I abide to Communicative Methods in teaching English.
The circle of my scientific interests includes Text Linguistics, Cognitive Linguistics, Pragmatics, English Linguo-Area Studies, etc.
