I started my academic career as undergraduate student. I worked as tutor , advising students in learning strategies and assisted professors in teaching subjects in Psychology. Once I completed the Master´s degree in Education in Spain and Norway in 2012, I worked as adjunct faculty, Curriculum design coordinator and E-learning coordinator at three of the major Colombian universities. In that positions, I led curriculum reforms implementing competency-based models in learning management systems like blackboard or Brightspace. I also got a wide experience coaching talent in soft skills and training teachers to improve learning and teaching practices, including the design of materials (virtual and in person learning environments).
