My teaching methods will consist of passion meaning my love to teach, empathy which means putting myself in my students shoes I can adapt to their style of learning and better teach them, patient being patient means my willingness to repeat myself several times until they understand the materials, and using TPR (Total Physical Response) which implies using body movement, gestures, and demonstration, so the students can see what I am explaining for a better understanding.

I have both short-term and long-term ones. As for short-term goals I try to involve my students in learning each specific topic we have in syllabus, make them like it and be interested in, so their motivation grows as well as their grades, and then I can slowly move to my long-term goal which is to make them become fluent English speakers.
